I would have liked to order the packs for the price, but I had to give up because some of the labels in the pack are not printed as if I were ordering the labels separately.
What I received was perfect, but rather expensive. As far as customer service is concerned, I couldn't be happier: every question I asked by e-mail was answered immediately. Delivery was fast and problem-free by recorded delivery.

Self-adhesive labels do not adhere well to certain surfaces, particularly on products that can get wet. It would be desirable to be able to modulate the number of labels per category according to needs.

The delivery was ultra fast, the packaging impeccable with a little note from the company, the labels are pretty, magnificent even...but here goes...they don't fit! I find them in front of the door at home, at school, even before the first wash... Too bad, I took 2 packs, I paid for nothing and I have to start all over again...

Your Object stickers are designed to adhere to all your small objects with a smooth, clean surface. Rough or porous surfaces won't do as well, and they're not designed for textiles.
For textiles, your order includes Clothing Sticks, which adhere to the composition labels (nonwovens) on garments, and are therefore resistant to around 40 washing machine cycles (max 60°). Hello, we appreciated the speed with which you processed our order/delivery, and the care/attention you gave us during this time, you have a very good customer contact! Bravo! However, we're disappointed with the product, which doesn't hold on our son's pens (felt-tip and stabilo pens!)! And on clothes, it's just not possible to put them on, they don't hold at all.... We are therefore disappointed despite all your good intentions, the labels unfortunately don't meet our expectations/needs.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your self-adhesive labels. I'm surprised, because our tests have included this brand of felt-tip pens and pencils (and my own children have them at school) and there are no problems at all. Adhesion is optimal after 24 hours, before that, they remain repositionable. Your batch of labels may be defective. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly so that we can find a solution together. However, your order contains only self-adhesive labels for objects, they are not designed to fit on clothing. Overall happy with my purchase but disappointed not to have the photo on the garment sticks although I did attach a photo so I thought I would at least have the head of my disappointed fis .

To do this, simply contact us when you place your order, or send us a comment with your order, as this involves additional manual processing to enlarge the photo to the desired size.
