As far as the site is concerned, I have no particular concerns, apart from the fact that when you customize a label, you always have to go back to the top of the page to see the result of your choice. Perhaps you could talk to the site designer about having a banner on the right that moves as you scroll down the page to select the different design attributes? And for order tracking, it would be nice to have an estimated delivery date.

Order placed on August 23rd sent on August 26th we are on September 07th and I still haven't received anything, after 3/4 email sent to customer service they offered to send me back my order even though I had asked for a refund because I wasn't able to use the labels for my child's school, in short my order was sent again today with 1 extra board offered, we'll see if I receive this order!
Given my experience with this site, I don't recommend it.

This isn't my 1st order from "mespetitesetiquettes.com" and I'm still as satisfied as ever. The only little hitch is that the rendering on the site doesn't quite match up, but customer service was able to reassure me very quickly. (the "g" of the first name did not appear in full on the screen) perfect delivery booklet containing all the labels ordered very convenient not to lose them ;) Thanks to you!
