The labels are of very good quality. I chose to put a design of my choice on them, and that's where I made my mistake: although I had taken great care to make sure that the design I had chosen would fit into the space provided and that the visual preview would be correct, I received labels with a design that was out of place, leaving a white gap between the background color of the label and my design. My son was so disappointed that he doesn't want to use the black labels he'd chosen, where the white hole is too obvious. Then I had a problem with delivery by recorded delivery, which I had originally chosen to make sure the labels would arrive before the start of the new school year.
