Order placed on August 23rd sent on August 26th we are on September 07th and I still haven't received anything, after 3/4 email sent to customer service they offered to send me back my order even though I had asked for a refund because I wasn't able to use the labels for my child's school, in short my order was sent again today with 1 extra board offered, we'll see if I receive this order! Given my experience with this site, I don't recommend it.
