As far as the site is concerned, I have no particular concerns, apart from the fact that when you customize a label, you always have to go back to the top of the page to see the result of your choice. Perhaps you could talk to the site designer about having a banner on the right that moves as you scroll down the page to select the different design attributes? And for order tracking, it would be nice to have an estimated delivery date.
