Super reactivity. I placed my order on a Sunday evening at 6pm, and in this order I had made a mistake. Without exaggerating, within half an hour I received a call from someone on the site who was quick to inform me of my mistake, knowing that my order was dated August 27 for a need on September 09... Practical, pretty, presentation of the labels on delivery super practical because they're all grouped together in a pretty tabbed notebook that's easy to store and great for keeping them organized. (the price remains the only negative point for me).
