Hello, we appreciated the speed with which you processed our order/delivery, and the care/attention you gave us during this time, you have a very good customer contact! Bravo! However, we're disappointed with the product, which doesn't hold on our son's pens (felt-tip and stabilo pens!)! And on clothes, it's just not possible to put them on, they don't hold at all.... We are therefore disappointed despite all your good intentions, the labels unfortunately don't meet our expectations/needs.

Overall happy with my purchase but disappointed not to have the photo on the garment sticks although I did attach a photo so I thought I would at least have the head of my disappointed fis .

Without exaggerating, within half an hour I received a call from someone on the site who was quick to inform me of my mistake, knowing that my order was dated August 27 for a need on September 09...
