The sent item is not the one ordered.

Order on 28/06 for a weather vane, shipping costs: 10 € anyway. Delivery announced on 01/07. In fact, Colissimo informs me that the pickup point is unavailable. This is false because it is a Super U where I regularly pick up my packages. Worried, I sent several messages on the Meteo-Shopping site, without concrete response, except for what I suppose was from a salesperson who "specified" that the pickup point was unavailable! As of 03/07, the Colissimo site remained stuck on 01/07, waiting for a so-called solution. I called Meteo-Shopping and the person who answered me clearly had no intention of resolving the issue, did not want to contact Colissimo, and informed me that she was waiting for a 10-day period following the shipment to file a complaint. In the end, I received the package on Monday 06/07. Colissimo is responsible, but I did not appreciate the laxity of Meteo-Shopping. Delivery in 2-4 days as they write...

Very good. Delivery on time. However, on the site during the order, it was impossible to select a pickup point (both with Firefox and Edge). I had to opt for home delivery, which is more cumbersome and more expensive.

Fast delivery. Well-protected parcel. Nevertheless, the site should be more explicit, noting that the tripod is not supplied with the station, contrary to what a product image may show.

Unopened material bought for Christmas. Relais colis full . Parcel left at post office 10km away. Parcel well packed otherwise.

Order ok but delivery problem due to post office. Maybe a carrier would do better...

Will try using it and tell later. Unfortunately there's no manual and had to ask how to replace the battery. There's no simple to replace it. Delivery was quick.

We are a company. We included the ATU number when ordering so as not to pay VAT, this was not taken into account in the invoice.

New windvane failure, this is the 3rd sensor I've changed in 4 years because of the windvane :-( the potentiometer seems to be of poor quality ... It's a pity that the windvane alone can't be detached.

My parcel was not delivered to the relay point. Contractual problem between the delivery company and the relay point, even though I received an email to the contrary.

bonjour, dommage pour du Davis, le potentiomètre de la virouette est loin d'être linéaire, ce qui a obligé beaucoup de corrections via logiciel.elle remplace une défectueuse dont la virouette était assez bien linéaire..et dont l'orage a détruit le capteur effet de hall d'l'anémomètre. Robert

The parcel arrived quickly. The product was suitable. But it was over-wrapped (complicated to open), so I was afraid of damaging the object using the right tools.
