The products on the site are of recognized quality. Excellent responsiveness to prepare orders. The post office did its job. I bought a Benoit rain gauge, received it in an appropriate packaging. When the rain gauge we know, it is without surprise! H.M

The responsiveness of the customer service to solve a problem of breakage in a weather station shipment! Shipping is always fast! The after sales service is very efficient.

When we display an available product, in stock, and when we validate the order we notice that there is a delivery time for restocking, all this does not seem very serious to me. There is then a lack of follow-up in the management of stocks.
