New windvane failure, this is the 3rd sensor I've changed in 4 years because of the windvane 🙁 the potentiometer seems to be of poor quality ... It's a pity that the windvane alone can't be detached.

The purchase went well, as did the delivery. On the other hand, I'm critical of the device (a meteobridge PRO2 server), which comes with no user manual (just a downloadable leaflet that doesn't get you very far, and then you get confused...). There's a wiki, in English only. When you ask the sales department, they tell you it's for connoisseurs (thank you for the implied compliment), that you have to get your hands dirty, and that at worst, you have 15 days to return it and get your money back. Not very professional or commercial... disappointing experience, especially at this price.

Having spent almost 600 I was expecting a good product and service. Unfortunately it was not the case. The installation instructions were clear but wrong. I asked for clarification from the supplier in writing on his website and in the absence of response by phone. No answer.
