Happy to have ordered but a bit disappointed when I opened the package. Despite the bubble wrap, the bottle moved around in the box and the rose oil spilled on the bottle and the carton. The bottle should be secured to prevent it from knocking.

The rating of 2 is exclusively because my small package arrived 9 days after ordering when it was announced to be between 3 and 6 working days. Otherwise, the products are still perfect!!!! Super effective deodorant, very good smell and the louban dakar soap is great.

The honey is excellent the small problem is the delivery, I paid for the delivery but the delivery person put the package in a parcel relay and I was at home.

Problem encountered with Ajwa dates and reported on 18/11/2025. The problem seems finally resolved on 28/01/2026 more than 2 months after the report but remains to be confirmed. It's a shame that the site was not more responsive.

The honey is of mediocre quality given the texture you can clearly see that it is old honey taste-wise it does not resemble thyme honey at all while it is a strong honey in the mouth what I bought resembles more a wildflower honey very disappointed with this experience I will not renew my purchase
