Superb quality product
The honey is excellent the small problem is the delivery, I paid for the delivery but the delivery person put the package in a parcel relay and I was at home.

Very satisfied. Already, the black seed honey is a delight. Moreover, the customer service is incredibly efficient. During my order, an error occurred: instead of the 2 × 500 g ordered and paid for, I only received 2 × 250 g. So I wrote to them and, in less than 5 minutes, they replied to me. By the time I exchanged a photo, less than an hour later, they had shipped me a new order to correct the mistake. VERY REACTIVE! Additionally, the package is very well packaged. A very professional company with excellent customer service.

Problem encountered with Ajwa dates and reported on 18/11/2025. The problem seems finally resolved on 28/01/2026 more than 2 months after the report but remains to be confirmed. It's a shame that the site was not more responsive.
Quality honey (excellent). Small error in delivery (honey from Morocco instead of honey from Yemen). But very, very quick response from customer service and sending the honey from Yemen the next day. Thank you for the speed and professionalism. I recommend, a pleasure to order from them.
