I have been a customer for several years and I had a lot of issues with one order. The managers found solutions for me, otherwise I rarely have issues with honey imperial. I find the prices a bit expensive, why not offer discounts to loyal regular customers? Best regards

Hello during my delivery I had two small issues I was missing a jar of honey and another the content was missing by a third I complained to customer service who was very responsive and sent me a note. They compensated me 5€ for the missing content all this in 72 hours.

The communication before the purchase was good. The seller answered my questions. Thank you. I received the honey by mail. The honey was wrapped in bubble wrap which was in a small box. The honey could move in the box. As a result, the lid broke slightly and the honey leaked slightly. Given the price of jujube honey from Yemen, the honey should be much better packaged. The packaging needs to be reviewed.
