Deceptive packaging, a feeling of lack in a product, and customer service that sends you the wrong product. Then they tell you that no, it's simply the packaging that is not the same... really disappointed for a first order. I will not repeat the experience.

Fast delivery. The samples and miniatures allow testing the products before buying them. A few months ago, I tried the face cream and now I just bought it in the classic size. It is pleasant to apply, the scent is light and suits me very well. It absorbs well and does not leave a tight feeling, unlike my previous cream. In the long term, the skin looks a bit nicer. You don't need to use much on the face, so the 50ml jar will last several months.
