Hello. To be very particular, when I received the package I noticed a slight deformation on the seat, but no puncture. The paint on one of the steering triangles had also been slightly rubbed off because the wheel rim was resting on it inside the box. But I mentioned this earlier only to be thorough. I also called and contacted customer service because I had a concern about how it was working. Their response was very efficient, and they confirmed that they would cover it in the event of a design problem. So I’m really very happy with the quad as well as the service. My next purchase might be a motorcycle for myself.

A very good overall experience. A reliable company, and the product arrived as described. Assembly was fairly easy with two people and a little DIY know-how. The only downside was the delay… I ordered it on September 2 to make sure it would arrive in time for my son’s birthday on October 17. Delivery was expected from September 22, but it didn’t arrive until October 22. I’m planning to order again and hope I can count on MiniMx’s customer-friendly approach and receive a small compensation with my next order.

Order placed in June 2026 for an E-Weely quad, finally received in October 2026, almost four months later. At first, I was told it would be delivered in August, then in July, before the date was pushed back to late August and then late September… Anyway, aside from the complicated delivery, the quad seems to be good quality and was very well packaged, secured in a metal cage that was itself fastened to a pallet. Assembly was sometimes complicated because the instructions were imprecise and no tightening torques were provided, which is a real shame. I’m still satisfied with my purchase, and my son is delighted.

FOXY 250W dirt bike - package received 2 days after ordering, as advertised. Quality packaging. The bike is great, very quiet, powerful and fast enough. As for battery life, nothing to complain about; there's plenty of fun to be had. My 4-year-old son is very happy with it and got the hang of it very quickly. Really, nothing to complain about. We'll see how it holds up over time, but so far it's been flawless!
