Following the purchase of a 125 mx quad, some disappointments: the black and white handlebar mouse has a big yellow stain, I noticed a socket to charge the battery but no charger provided, instructions only in English and I think globally for several quads because the assembly instructions do not match exactly with the provided elements and especially a problem with the drum, I think a machining issue but which completely prevents the use of the quad. I have reported the information to customer service and am waiting for a response from them, hoping to receive a replacement part very quickly..

Hello :) you only informed us about your brake problem and the technician called you back within the hour to resolve the issue. It's a motor quad, there is no socket to charge the battery. If you have difficulties during assembly, just call us and we will help you as we did yesterday. It's the manufacturer who makes the instructions, not us unfortunately. Have a nice day :)

Quad ordered on a Thursday, received the following Monday. Assembly finished, full throttle starts at a quarter turn. Small downside, broken starter trigger. Customer service contacted, part sent immediately. By the way, speaking of customer service, nothing to say except good things. No fuss, no need to send 50 8k wide-angle photos to prove good faith (unlike other sites). Well, we don't buy a quad or a motorcycle every month, but if needed, I will return to MiniMx. Competent staff (thanks Beaudelaire), customer service just perfect, the quad has run for 1h30 since, gently because it's new. We'll see in the long term but I know that if there are issues, I will be helped. In short, after this long paragraph, I recommend.
