Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that your experience with our customer service did not meet your expectations.
You pointed out that the delay was too long, unfortunately you will understand that this is beyond our control as during this period in early January the roads were disrupted by significant snowfall, slowing down traffic and thus disrupting the delivery of all shipments (not just at Mini MX)
We would like to remind you that the balance bikes were received on 01/06/2026 at 5:00 PM and shipped the next day on 01/07/2026. On this point, we cannot prepare faster.
It is severe to rate us on an element that we cannot control, which is why we wanted to provide additional information.

After barely 2 months of purchase the quad no longer starts, let me tell you our disappointment and even more so that of our daughter ;(

Motor received new. It starts cold, but stalls systematically once hot. Impossible to ride normally. Customer service asked me to adjust the valves. For a new motorcycle, it is absolutely not normal to have to do this type of technical intervention. It is not the customer's responsibility to correct a defect upon receipt. Moreover, despite several emails sent, customer service does not respond. No follow-up, no solution proposed to date. Very disappointed with the quality of the product. I do not recommend.

Top notch, unbeatable delivery time for me already. 250cc 4t pro is great, slight carburetor and valve adjustment to do after first start-up. Almost 10 days of waiting without notifications and one of the two wheels has an aluminum hub, the spacers are different and the rear has a flower disc while the front is round like the original, I don't think I will buy from this store again.

I am happy with this CRZ urban 28" electric bike, received quickly, and easy to assemble. I had a small issue with the pedal assembly that I mounted backwards with reverse threading. I called the seller who was very responsive and found me a solution. I tried the bike and it's really great, it feels like someone is pushing us every time we pedal, very easy on the climbs, no effort needed, it's top and powerful. The only downside would be the screen, no explanatory manual, it's not complicated either but some functions deserve explanations. The total charging time is 6 hours. I highly recommend it as there is a very big discount on the price of this magnificent powerful bike.
