Motorcycle conforms to the description, quality product, just missing an assembly manual upon delivery (thankfully the internet exists....), the most unfortunate is the delivery which took 11 days after ordering !!!!! Otherwise satisfied with my first MiniMx experience.

Satisfied with products but not at all with the after-sales telephone service indeed having had a problem at the time of my order and it having been canceled, I called the next day to customer service, well I had a completely rude person: "if you are not happy it is not my problem... you can refuse your package ... too bad if you do not give us good publicity.." this is quite unfortunate, I myself having been in business for over 20 years I think you have a lot to improve on that side!! Today there are many online sales sites and we must satisfy a customer and not send them elsewhere!! Especially since I also ordered a motorcycle on your site (15 days ago and still no delivery warning!!!) thank you for your understanding in the face of my disappointment

The main part (YCF oil recovery engine guard) of my (2nd) order arrived broken in an intact package... Twisted and cracked mounting brackets. I was initially suggested to try to mount it as is, which annoyed me a bit. A customer should receive a new part and not one that needs to be worked on, I believe this is a significant fault of the after-sales service. Following this expression of dissatisfaction, I was sent a prepaid return label as well as a form to fill out for the defective part. That being said, I will miss my first riding day in SM because I was sent a part in poor condition and I cannot be satisfied with that.

Hello, Given the photos you sent, the mounting bracket was slightly bent, which does not hinder its installation, it is a thin bracket that fits in. Ultimately, you specified your request, which is why our after-sales service sent you what you need to return the part. It is a product out of stock, with us and even with YCF which prevents us from ordering it for you. That is why upon its return you will be refunded directly.
