Perfect product compliant and at the right price,

I asked the mini MX site by email to send me the reference of my chain so that I can change my dirt 125 chain they sent me a chain that is too long so I had to remove links not a good product a good seller

Engine received is not the same as the model ordered, and on top of that, the kick seal was already faulty during the first start.

I did not receive my order in full. I am missing the most important and most expensive part.

The service has been disastrous, from start to finish, starting with the delivery. Without anyone telling me why, my order stayed several days in 'standby' I don't know for what reason. When I call support, they tell me that the payment is blocked, and that they will call me back as soon as possible (the payment had gone through on my side, no issues on my end) They call me back 30/45 minutes later 'yes, your package was blocked at the payment level I don’t know why, we are sending your order today.' Well... very well, a mistake happens it’s not a big deal. The delivery is delayed (thanks to LaPoste...) To finish: once the package is received, the exhaust cartridge is broken in several places, on the outside and inside of the cartridge, let’s say it’s the delivery person’s fault, even though I doubt it since the package is very well protected, it rather gives the impression that the cartridge was dropped before being packed in the box. Finally, I looked a bit more closely at the cartridge, the baffle present in the cartridge is dirty, strangely greased, and seems very clearly already used, and is ABSOLUTELY not new. To finish, this is the second time I order from minimx, and the second time I am forced to leave a negative review…

Nothing to report but I didn't receive my gift with my order...

I had to call customer service because the part was hard to find alone on the site with a rather unpleasant welcome, too bad. However, the part corresponds well to my request, thank you for that.

Purchase made on Saturday, September 14 before 2 PM order still not received at my home. Blocked in Paris since September 17 I was supposed to receive my package on September 19 the delivery time of 48h to 72h not respected by the seller when we call the shipper or logistics platform to get information and track our package they just pass the buck and do not know where the package is. I do not recommend this supplier. Carrier DB Schenker which is impossible to reach.

Hello. I have nothing to say about the parts I bought. However, 50 euros for shipping for a rear caliper, 2 swingarm bearings, and an axle I find that excessive. I have always ordered my parts and you are the only store that charges so much for shipping to the DOM-TOM. I paid more in shipping fees than the price of my purchases.. This is the second time I order here and the second time I haven't seen the color of the so-called gift.

Error in the description regarding the dimensions. Return request made by email, no response. I cannot contact customer service either. I find that regrettable.

Material received. For me not protected enough (Dirt Bike engine), box crushed. It would be good to improve this point. Otherwise the engine works but there is a problem with excessive fuel arrival (I think I can fix this problem).

Wiring completely to redo because not the right one, not even a jet to adjust, otherwise quite satisfied.

I am extremely disappointed I had to urgently buy an intake manifold for this weekend because the part does not match the packaging and the carburetor repair kit is actually not for a VM22 PZ26 this site is a scam plain and simple.

The site is very well designed, easy to use, regarding deliveries so far I haven't had any problems, and as for spare parts we have a multitude of parts at our disposal the only small downside is that there is often a lack of spare parts on the crz range as well as a lack of customization and above all no engine guard has been designed and until today I haven't found any adaptable engine guard for a 250 crz erz 2022 Apart from these few small details, I am satisfied with the site.

Hello, I am disappointed, this is the second order I place and I paid to receive it in 72 hours. I ordered on 04/09 and received it on 10/09, but apart from that, very good quality, I recommend.

Abandoned dpd really... otherwise I received my brake pads with colissimo lol.

Hello the cylinder head does not match with the old inclination gasket intake manifold reversed. When it says on the site to put it back together and it works I call that false advertising. Best regards

Motorcycle scratched everywhere, incomplete order no response from them.

After placing the wheel, I noticed that it has a lot of play, which derails the chain and breaks it.

They show us photos I order items without reading the description where it is written that certain parts are not included for me it’s just to attract buyers with the price, it’s not normal and moreover defective items I send an email 3 days still no response

I will mainly note the delivery time where we waited almost 2 months. I had to call to find out when. It would be good to inform your customers of the delay, given the price of the motorcycle, it can be worrying. Then they called me to tell me they finally have the motorcycles, except there is a problem! Ah! We don't have the right color and the deco kit you ordered! Can we put you another color? Well, do I have a choice? No! So okay, let's go for red. It can happen but at least make a commercial gesture! Then the delivery was perfect, no problem with the delivery person and the appointment. And then my partner opens it and the motorcycle is a bit damaged, there is a dent on a rear fairing and the chain cover, the box was perfect so the motorcycle must have fallen before being put in the box! And it’s not the box that could have done that! Already I sent an email to customer service to tell them and at least make a gesture and well I have not received a response from them. So how can I say that waiting 2 months and also damaged at the price of the motorcycle, I am a bit disappointed! Maybe we should also wait two months for customer service! I will still finish with a positive note, the motorcycle is very good and runs super well. Not too hard to assemble with two, just make sure to break it in. And these parts! So I’m waiting to see what they will do about the dents!

Two stars because I received the bike in very good working condition, but after three months... And on the phone, I was given the runaround, one moment the bike had arrived at the port, another moment it would arrive at the port in a week, and so on.

I ordered a 250 ERZ Monster edition 2024, what a surprise when I saw my order blocked because there was no more blue Monster deco kit... Why leave it in stock? To sell the normal 250cc? Certainly! As for the delivery, well I received my order in almost 2 weeks! Scheduled for a Monday between 9 am and 12 pm, it will finally be rescheduled for a Tuesday between 9 am and noon to finally be received at 4 pm... I forgot to pick up my gift at the order (sticker or poster) but I was not offered any gift despite the 2100 euros spent, what a shame! Other than that, the motorcycle runs well and thankfully... I am a bit disappointed with the lack of professionalism and loyalty towards the customer. I was supposed to order a helmet, but I will go elsewhere, it's a shame.
