Hello, if the puncture is at the valve, it is due to tire pressure. It is not related to the complete wheel, check the tire pressure to avoid punctures at the air valve. I received the motorcycle in good condition, I changed the engine oil and put gasoline in it. It starts well and holds the idle well except that at one point it turns off after about a minute.
