The post made a mistake in sorting so I received it later

I received the quad with the broken front grille due to transport. I sent an email to the customer service email box to replace the broken parts during transport, still no message from customer service. Otherwise, the quad works well.

this is for a bastos70 you sell parts that do not correspond to the wires I burned my regulator and melted my wires.

We bought new parts to avoid any change issues, and in the end, this supplier does not accept returns. I was clearly told to sell my pizza on Le Bon Coin at a better price than what we bought it for. I will not buy from this site again. I do not recommend.

I take away 1 star because miniMX is not to blame, but be cautious with the delivery person schenker/DSV. Following my complaint, miniMX refunded my shipping costs within 24 hours.

I still haven't received my package (a motorcycle) I don't know how to contact the delivery people and minimix isn't responding to me either!!!!

Transport a bit longer than expected, gift nonexistent in the package but the motorcycle I ordered for my son is of good quality and works very well, but I don't necessarily have feedback he has only used it twice to see how it holds up over time

The decoration kit almost peels off by itself and has bubbles but other than that everything is perfect

The motorcycle runs well and starts right up. Too bad there is no assembly manual in the box. Small negative point: I lost several parts that were not tightened properly at the exhaust and engine, so it's not my fault but the manufacturer's. For now, satisfied, we'll see over time.

Very good motorcycle for its price. Unfortunately, very poor organization of the shipment. 4 days for preparation and more than a week and a half for reception. I had to go pick it up by my own means in the neighboring city because they added more than a week of delivery on top. I find it absurd that the organization is done gradually. Despite this, the motorcycle is very well packaged and with the tutorials on YouTube, it is very easy to assemble. It took me 2 hours alone to do it. A nice surprise, however, a retaining bolt for the front wheel axle was missing.

Not delivered on time, I had to make a 1-hour trip there and back to pick it up. The front tire is flat, the frame is poorly painted, the footpeg spring doesn't do its job, and I could go on.

I ordered a chain, I feel like it is 5 years old. I received the chain, it is all stiff, it is not flexible. I greased it, nothing changes.

Good quality product...a hole to be tapped anyway. Delivery too long despite the holidays (more than 10 days)...Product arrived after my son's birthday.

I am happy to have bought the motorcycle. But once you have a broken part, it is very difficult to get a response. I am trying to find a solution and no one responds or provides a solution for a defective part that is broken, when I receive information from sellers and technicians, it is completely different. It's a shame.

Avoid, my motorcycle is 1 month old and it doesn't want to know anything anymore!

Delivery in 2 weeks instead of 48/72H as announced on the site (false advertising or "bad luck"?) I agree on the date with the carrier but he does not respect it. My package was marked delivered on the site when it was not yet the case. I called customer service to find out where my order was, they were supposed to call me back and they never did. Moreover, the quality of the motorcycle and the balance bike I found really mediocre, the plastics are supposed to be new, they are scratched and there are bubbles everywhere on the decoration kit and it is already peeling off and there are twisted frames because they were poorly packaged so they took a bad shape. I specify that I had ordered a dirt bike a few years ago and I was very happy with it but now I am really disappointed and especially no commercial gesture on their part, it's not cool.

Good balance bike but a bit soft at the start, are there multiple speeds on the model we ordered? This weekend we communicated about it with my nephew Ylan Jales for whom we are looking for partners, at least a battery to start, there should be 3 sales Mr. Chavignot, Mr. Joanelle, and Mr. Gaillard who changed, they were supposed to take an SMX after the trial, the children were okay for the CRZ 20 inches, trials done on the race in Saint Priest Taurion Nouvelle Aquitaine, Ylan was doing the Minivert with this league but he is just coming back after a nasty injury at Saint Thibery. I picked up the damaged package, the part that secures the pinion has a defect, it has a round and a side that is missing a piece
