The site is great, nothing to say, the customer service is great and responsive. However, during the assembly of the quad I had some surprises, while mounting the front cover on the handlebar axle I had to bend the mounting bracket so that the fairings do not rub and the same at the seat level. For a product at €600 on sale I find that a bit mediocre. Nothing justifies the additional €200 for the same type of quad on other sites. (ps: the gift product was not there but that's a detail)

I paid for express delivery which is absolutely not the case and no commercial gesture from Mini MX. I find this completely unfair, even if it is not them who deliver. I pay for a service on their site, it is up to them to ensure that the announced and paid delivery time at the order is respected!!! No promo code, no credit note, absolutely no gesture from them!! It's shameful.

Good site but a very big mistake on a cylinder head gasket, the chat bubble in the bottom left is not great, if you do anything else during a conversation, even just the phone, it turns off and you surely leave the conversation and cannot rejoin it, yet there is good responsiveness after a request to go through email one day between each response, so almost.

Hello, it seems that you have a YCF 50 from 2012, I think the brake pedal is not compatible due to the age of the motorcycle, indeed if I remember correctly the YCF 50 models had horizontal engines. I am sorry that you are disappointed, unfortunately we would have taken back the part for free in the case of an order error of course, but this is a matter of incompatibility due to the year of the motorcycle. We do not cover return shipping costs in such cases, and I am sure you can understand, we try our best to guide towards parts that seem compatible, it is always easier to guide towards the more recent models for which we have the latest technical sheets.... It would be better to detail the description of the parts. When ordering a brake caliper, it was not mentioned that the brake pads were delivered with the caliper. There are not enough spare parts, such as wheel axles that go with the forks, or screws for the brake calipers or the attachment to body elements. Delivery times are good.
