Missing screws for valve cover

Very difficult to adjust the carburetor, after several calls no one was able to help us very limited, yet this is not the first motorcycle we buy on the site, otherwise the motorcycle is prettier in real life than in the photo

Mixed review, one product out of three is not great and does not fit directly without modification, among other things the ordered exhaust line is unsuitable for the received cartridge even though it's a set, engine protection cover modified as it does not fit all horizontal 4t engines without starter (crz125). ...

Box too big for the parts. Piston without protection to move around in it. I was offered a sticker that I did not receive. The same day another order arrived from one of your competitors with 7 stickers inside in addition to the parts. I was told on the day of the order delivery the next day, well no delivery 4 days later.

I am very disappointed, I ordered a CDI Racing V2 supposedly universal, but when I plugged it in it burned out. Your service replied that I should order an original type CDI??? One wonders what you mean by universal, moreover the brand of my engine appeared on your compatibility list??? Really very disappointed with your service, from now on I will avoid ordering on your site and encourage my friends to do the same.

I do not recommend at all I ordered a CRF79 type tank and I received a CRF50 type instead, and for the return let's not even talk about it I am still waiting for my tank or my refund after 2 weeks still nothing

Order conforms to the online purchase, processing of the order quite long before preparation and shipping, strange. Otherwise everything is ok, quality sticker, plastic kit too. However, the engine guard does not fit at all on crz 125 without major modifications. It's in place and well adjusted.

Good site, plenty of choices but a lot of low-end stuff at the same price as the brand. Might as well take the brand directly, for spare parts or complete engines, there are often missing parts.

Like the last 3 orders placed here the parts arrive damaged... This time it's a handlebar that arrived bent Response from customer service if it wasn't you who damaged it we will refund you so in this sentence I understood that I could sit on the refund... And that if I don't spend again my thread is not ready to get back on its motorcycle...

The order was mixed, one product had not been available for a long time while it was marked in stock on the site, so I was refunded for this item but that didn't suit me because it was cheaper to buy two (50€/2 and 54€/1) I will have to reorder it in a month at the unit price and therefore more expensive! They could offer a discount or give the loyalty points that are obviously removed from this item, otherwise regarding the refund, I did not have time to choose the refund method either to the bank account or as a credit on the site which was requested by email, it arrived in my inbox in the morning and I replied in the late afternoon for a credit but it was already too late, the representative had chosen a bank transfer to my account, nevertheless we were able to continue my order and it did not delay the delivery.

There were delivery problems, but the customer service is very attentive and the products are perfect.

It's perfect, well protected, I haven't started it yet but it was a hassle to install the shock absorber and I especially didn't receive any papers, the manual is missing.

As for the ordering part, nothing to say, where it gets complicated is after, I pay to be delivered the next day, so on Friday before 1 PM no reception, I call and they tell me warehouse error, you will receive your package tomorrow Saturday and then I receive an email from Chronopost telling me that I will be delivered on Monday, so my son couldn't compete.
