The customer service sends me away because I received scratched rims with blocked bearings, telling me that it is not their fault, that they do not check their products before shipping. And on top of that, they do not want to cover the return shipping costs. In the end, they send me bearings that I will have to change myself.

Regarding the rear wheel, a new rim costs around 39.9€ which is the value of your voucher (representing 5% of the value of the motorcycle). Our after-sales service has therefore credited you with the maximum new value in case you want to change your chipped rim.
