I am disappointed because upon receiving the motorcycle, the brakes and the stand have an issue. The customer service is nonetheless attentive. I hope the motorcycle can be repaired for our son's birthday

Beautiful motorcycle in appearance, but I had quite a few issues (faulty CDI at purchase, electrical harness with bad connections, and cracked competition ignition plate upon delivery) and the engine adjustments, what a disaster!

Satisfied with my order. Arrived quickly and properly packaged. The only issue with the site: having to accept cookies with every page change and the customer review always present on the edge of the screen (for the smartphone/tablet version) Otherwise, simple and practical site to use.

I only gave 3 stars because I only received half of my order. my engine was lost by the TNT company even though I had specifically requested to be delivered by GLS (much more competent). Following this issue, customer service supposedly took the necessary steps with TNT as soon as possible and the surprise is that I called them a week later and they told me that my file had just been sent a week later. Basically, the Mini MX customer service is not too bad but you should not be in a hurry, even if it means waiting a month to receive your order or be refunded

Semi-automatic engines do not have a clutch lever on the engine and clutch cable/lever on the handlebars, however, you still have the gear selector to shift through the 4 gears. Hello, I own an iPhone and the site is not adapted for the phone, an app would be great! Delivery speed is top! In my delivery, I ordered a 12-inch rim with the site offered me an axle with a spacer for 6€ more, it turns out that my dirt bike is a YCF 150 and that the axle paid in addition to the rim does not correspond to the one in place on the dirt, the diameter is good but the head of the axle does not match! I am satisfied with the delivery and 80% of the product and customer service the 150 MXF pit bike was delivered with a shock absorber that has a lot of play at the bushings and when I asked on the minimx site I was told it was normal and impossible to give me the tightening torque for the fork and the rest so 80% satisfied with the order and the minimx service
