Hello :) You ordered at 10:46 on Monday morning and you were delivered on Tuesday at 4 pm. Orders leave our place in the late afternoon, it's a 24-hour delivery, it's hard to do better... We do everything to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, it's difficult to do less than 24 hours as a deadline. See you soon anyway :)

Hello :) You own a motorcycle that we do not sell, and therefore we do not have the original part as it was stated to you by email. My colleague suggested certain models that he thought could fit based on your photos, and he specified that to you. Moreover, after receiving the part and your request because you could not mount it, a return label at our expense was sent to you, so you did not pay anything for the return. I don't really see where the problem is, there was in no case a 'forced sale'. See you soon :)
