For the Minimix service nothing to say, my order was shipped the same day, customer service is attentive. However, as for their delivery partner (schenker) it's really nonsense, to reach their customer service is really not easy because no one answers the phone the chatbot on the site makes you wait 20 minutes telling you that an agent will join the conversation. Once you manage to reach them and delivery is scheduled they offer you a super wide time slot from 10 AM to 4 PM for you to figure out how to free yourself. Which is quite unprofessional since a delivery person has a delivery route to do during the day as well as the distances between each delivery point so they have the possibility to give an approximate arrival time.
