Very disappointing order. The shipping date does not match what was announced. It is never the same contact person who does not introduce themselves on the phone. After receipt, you are on your own. They send a PDF that does not explain how to assemble the bike. When you call, they hide behind the manufacturer. They ask for photos to verify the assembly but do not call back. Technical responses vary depending on the contact person (oil change, carburetor change, assembly...) Fortunately, they are courteous otherwise it would be a disaster!

The package was received quickly but the parts were simply placed in the box without foam or bubble wrap, resulting in them being partially broken!
