Motorcycle received with the swingarm damaged yet very well packaged a problem for the fixation of a radiator vent and the fuel filter that leaks from the first use. Several emails sent to customer service without response from them I am still waiting.

Hello, The accelerator cables are standard and suitable for all displacements, for the clutch it only fits for starting in gear, often it is the 125cc YX, 140/150/160 and more that have this type of clutch. Poor quality of the tank cap. It's the right size and yet it doesn't screw on and comes off. Return shipping costs are payable, it would cost me more to return it when the error is not mine. I also sent an email before my order for more information on another purchase, I never received a response. Quite disappointed.

This can happen but it is still very rare, please make sure to check your tire pressure, if the puncture is at the valve it is the lack of pressure that causes the tube to rotate on the rim and leads to a puncture. Two orders in two weeks and nothing is going well... Bad advice and an exhaust that does not fit my motorcycle model. Received my package in 10 days instead of 48/72h... Even the so-called gift is not the selected item! I am part of a motorcycle club, we are many to order here, I think I will direct them elsewhere!

Hello, The gasket corresponds to the 125cc YX engine with a round oil passage and not oval, if your passage is oval then you need to take the other version. You placed your order on Friday 03/05, the order was shipped by colissimo, the holidays slowed down your deadline because May 8/9 was a holiday. I ordered a first dirt bike from minimx a few years ago, no issues. Second order placed recently, I received the motorcycle on time but there is a sealing defect on the engine block, when I wanted to put oil in the engine I noticed an oil leak. I contacted customer service, waiting for their response because I received a non-running motorcycle today. I hope minimx will take the necessary actions quickly and without additional costs.

Hello, to give my opinion, the information about the parts is top-notch on the site as well as on the phone. Ordered on Friday evening, picked up at the store on Monday, so everything went well at that level. However, the clutch lever broke on its first tightening. The 30 cm hose ordered was received as one of about 8 cm and not the right diameter. The clutch cable is way too short, and the accelerator cable is way too long. Having to readjust new cables... not great. The exhaust cartridge was delivered without the tightening collar. The site's hours are not up to date. The website is very slow. 600 euros of order, not a loyalty point, not a sticker. That's my opinion, thank you.
