Delivery promised in 48/72h while it was me who went to pick up the motorcycle 45 minutes away at the carrier's warehouse after 1 week of waiting. The motorcycle does not hold the idle in the starter, and the valves are poorly adjusted. I think it's a good motorcycle, but when you buy new, you don't expect to already have expenses to make.

Hello disappointed engine damaged upon receipt message already sent to your customer service

My order arrived in good condition, but this is the second time I ordered express via Chronopost and both times the delivery arrived 1 day late.

Well received the rims but they are damaged, they look like used rims, missing color, a lot of scratches ... and I pass ... disappointed

The draw arrived scratched, and there is no tightening piece, but this is still an important piece.

Very bad site. The piston I received was scratched. The cylinder was rusty and the base gasket was much too small compared to what was written. On top of that, customer service is useless.

As mini Mxet reviews verify, they say that my last comment does not comply with their policy. I announce to everyone that mini mx responded well to me and I have a screenshot, so stop trying to deceive people. Mini mx asks us to leave a review, responds to my review, and two days later says that the same review does not comply!! It is so easy to hide behind a screen!! The motorcycle I received had two exploded forks, the box wasn't even damaged. You receive packages from China without even checking their contents, we call that incompetence!! The after-sales service is non-existent. I had to leave negative reviews on Facebook and with you for it to react after 15 days of waiting!! You are useless, and when I say you, I mean verified reviews and mini mx. Not a single word of apology or even a discount voucher on their sites, so useless with a big U.

I still have not received my package even though I chose express delivery to a pickup point. I request an immediate refund.

Complicated order, payment made but well received but a 'bug' did not validate my order... so multiple contacts with customer service (very responsive) and after some discussions the problem was resolved, it was still long. Otherwise, great material and well packaged. Ps: thanks to Nicolas for his efficiency and patience.

You did not understand, I received a flexible intake pipe with an aluminum end that is in poor condition and no one from Mini mix offers to exchange the part that costs 15 € when in China it is made for 1 €, there is a bit of abuse there.
