Very fragile motorcycle (varetti 150), motorcycle broken down upon receipt because engine parts are broken and defective, let's not even talk about customer service, had to send long emails of dissatisfaction to hope to get the replacement of the defective parts. Motorcycle received with scratches and scuffs! And first outing the rim is bent. And of course the warranty on the cycle does not cover the rims! Absolutely avoid!!!!!!!! There are sites where customer service is much better managed.

Three orders on this site and three times disappointed... An engine that never started... Service response change the oil so it starts.... And after several phone calls I'm still waiting for a technician to call me for 3 years... Ordered a complete bike received with a punctured inner tube... And the last of my orders a lever kit of more than mediocre quality... This will really be my last order at minimx If I can give advice it's to quickly avoid this site unless you need nothing...

Your 125cc YX engine does not start, the problem may not be with the carburetor but with the connections Plate/CDI/Wiring (I am notifying the after-sales service). Regarding the punctured inner tube upon receipt, you need to report it to us if that's the case, it's quite rare because as you noted deliveries are made in strapped boxes on a pallet to avoid any shock during transport. Nevertheless, if this happens we will take the necessary steps quickly. Regarding the brake lever, it's a first price, we always offer a complete range from "1st price" to high-end. Opt for a mid-range lever a little more expensive or if you are looking for exemplary quality opt for PRO TAPER you will not be disappointed. Card subscribed to benefit from certain advantages, certain promotions including the possibility of being delivered quickly at home. On the day of delivery, I made myself available... I received a first message warning that I was going to be delivered, I am ready and watching the delivery person... 2nd message received a few minutes later (just 5 minutes) warning me that my package had been dropped off at the nearest pickup point due to my absence!! The delivery person simply did not want to make a detour, it's really shameful!!! I had requested an Express delivery (card benefits), I was present at my home and I had to drive 15-20 minutes to pick up my order!!

Order placed on the site with a delivery address at the post office in my city, the site shipped the items in my name with the post office address without specifying post restante. Result, the package was returned to the sender due to not having the correct name for the right address. Refund processed by Mininx without delay. Order renewed on the site with delivery address at a relay point, to be continued.

Fast delivery, but the package was in poor condition. A small part was broken. I had to negotiate and especially put pressure on the seller (thanks Paypal) to get this part back which is not expensive but is hard to find. Customer service is very unpleasant.

Hello, kick ordered and received late 48h delay to forget and it's junk after installing it and kicking 3/4 times the ball no longer does its job of holding. I got injured because it returned to the kick position while riding. Not great and price a bit high for the result and supposedly express delivery. DISAPPOINTED

Return at the customer's expense. For a helmet that is slightly too small, as I am between two sizes, I had to pay 14€. Despite my intention to reorder the same helmet one size up. Effort needed on equipment, especially those subject to size choice. Or in the context of exchanges. Best regards

I received a 140 kayo, the stickers are of poor quality, they peel off everywhere. After trying the motorcycle, I am satisfied with the engine and braking, we'll see over time. I hope the customer service will send me new stickers and my front fender that was damaged during delivery.
