Fast delivery, however when I assembled the motorcycle the fork was slightly scratched as well as the handlebar, and also the large gray hose coming out at the back of the engine was pierced

A long story, I called MINIMX to inquire about the end of the promotion on the kayo 140cc, they told me on 07/10/2021 that the promotion would end the next day, so on 08/10/2021 I hurriedly made a payment in 4 installments. 5 days later the promotion had not disappeared, still on promotion, even cheaper by 100 euros. I consider this a lie from customer service and a scam, they want nothing to do with it!!! Small issue with the motorcycle, broken fairing, damaged oil radiator, not too much polluting welding, a shame not to control the machines during assembly.

I placed an urgent order on Saturday with a 24 to 48-hour delivery. The parts arrived 6 days later, I lost a lot of clients for my business due to the non-respected delivery time. Otherwise, great products!

Insufficient designations of parts according to year model. Sale of fork seals individually... we are walking on our heads!! It's like buying a single shoe! Quality of the parts... Chinese...

Fast delivery. However, the front wheel arrived scratched, as well as slight scratches in several places (minimal but still). Fortunately, I am a mechanic to make a carburetor adjustment.

I placed an order, the seals were in stock, and in the end, they contacted me saying that the product is out of stock. Anyway, a bit disappointed.

I bought a 125cc 4T mini mx rookie motorcycle for a price of 699.00 euros, and it doesn't even work!! I checked everything, fuel going to the carb, spark at the spark plug, I try and try, but still nothing, no sign of starting... really do not buy!!! I do not recommend it at all, stay away, it's a Chinese motorcycle!!

the product arrived damaged

Hello, I ordered my new tire and my inner tube as well as my wheel axle everything was okay except that when unpacking the inner tube it was punctured so it was impossible to mount my tire on my motorcycle.

problem with the lower T, it cracked so I no longer ride my motorcycle. The torque was good (not too tight and mounted with medium loctite) and I couldn't find how to make a warranty request.

I had never had any issues with my previous orders, but for this one, the exhaust pipe I ordered does not fit into the cartridge I ordered previously. The response from the claims service told me that it needed to be sanded to fit. I am left with a new pot to sand that will rust quickly and a cartridge that barely holds because I can't sand the pot any more...

The product was well packaged, fast delivery but the product is of poor quality.

Hello, I placed the order on 28/08, processed on 30/08 as it was a Saturday. On 31/08 I received the order at the parcel relay (Chronopost) in express delivery, I ordered a 14" rear wheel and I received a 17" front wheel. I called customer service and it’s not their fault!! and to have the correct wheel sent back is a whole hassle.... Anyway, I explained to them that I needed it quickly because my son had a contest that weekend. And I received the wheel on 06/09, so after the weekend with an express shipment sent on 03/09, and in what condition they didn’t send it to the relay point as requested and the delivery person threw it over the gate and then my dog took care of it... And the icing on the cake is that they certified express delivery so on Saturday 04/09 (stated on the site as express before 1 PM) Let’s just say my son was thrilled with his weekend. PS: at customer service no way to speak to a manager, the response they gave me was "he will tell you the same as us" Very bad experience.

It has been 15 days since I ordered and I still have not received my order. On the site, it is mentioned 'delivered to the relay point'. However, the latter never received it. When I go to the carrier's site, it indicates that my order is being prepared at MMX. I hope, in the worst case, to be refunded for my order amounting to 400€... All the same.

First of all, I received the wrong color and on top of that, I have to pay the return shipping costs; I find that outrageous, I will not order from this site again. After doing some research on the Internet, I understand now.

Correct product but terrible delivery; I requested it in 24 hours and received my package in 5 days; this is not normal, we pay for a service for nothing.

The clutch I bought does not work on the dirt 125 for which it is sold. Chinese parts with very random dimensions and poor casting, I don’t think I will order from this site again.

I am disappointed because I bought a new Kayo TT 140 and received it with a cracked fender and Minimix found a solution to refund me 20 euros for a bike bought new, I would have thought they would send me a fender but no, it's not important, it doesn't hinder riding but I received my package damaged and that's a shame otherwise very professional team and very good quality material I recommend them Franck
