I placed an order on June 23 on the site and as of today, we are July 7, 2021, I still have not received the motorcycle knowing that delivery is quite expensive and that the site specifies delivery in 24/72 hours, so I am very disappointed in this regard, especially my son. Knowing this, I would have waited for the sales. As a result, I contacted customer service who gave me a number to contact the delivery person, which turned out to be a wrong number, and to whom I asked for a commercial gesture for the wait of my package, they did not want to know anything, so disappointed with the delivery time and customer service.

No customer service from start to finish. I left an email with customer service a month ago, no response. The motorcycle arrived damaged because it was poorly packaged. No parts available for the 250 crz. Fast54000 is just a dream seller when they say that spare parts are available. In short, not a serious brand at all. Move on, there are much more serious competitors. It's not possible to give zero stars, this site is not worth more...

I waited a long time for the stock to be replenished but I finally received my mini mx, I am generally happy because it works really well, it is beautiful but I had a few surprises upon receiving it, my clutch lever didn't hold because the threads were disintegrating (I put longer screws with bolts and it does the job) the cover was roughly cut with a grinder to fit my motorcycle (for a new product it's not great, so I finished it myself), I received a handlebar foam but without the cover for it, my throttle has a notch as if there was a burr left. Apart from these little problems, it's great, the motorcycle works really well and I had a lot of fun in the forest, I can't wait to ride in the coming days.

Compliant with the order, disastrous deliveries and without competence, package received damaged and with three days in between (yet everything was supposed to arrive at the same time, extra paid for quick reception), customer service is quite nice trying to sort things out, but for me, as seen with the company's salespeople, the delivery service is the continuity, the image and the seriousness of the company. Also, the goodies (small gift to choose offered by the site) do not arrive, obviously it never arrives, well yes! To me.... what bad luck! Fast delivery, interesting price but mediocre quality. Installation in place very easy but the engine smokes a lot as soon as it reaches temperature. The after-sales service only communicates by email (not very practical or responsive) I called directly and was told that communication could only be done by email, yet when I called to buy my engine, they took the time to explain and advise me..... First and last time for me on this site. I keep my engine and my bitterness.

Really disappointed, order made for an iPhone mat, not at all the same model represented on the site, not the same dimensions listed on the site. And all that the after-sales service responds to me since I wrote to them to tell them that the information on their site is incorrect is a "return it" so no, I am sorry, an apology would be nice to start with, and then I ordered two mats, so a commercial gesture would have been more appropriate and that the customer may not have to find another package and return it, especially for dimensions like that.
