Navigation on the site is simple, contact with customer service is quite easy (they replied to my email within the day), the big downside is the carrier (here for me Schenker) no news from them since the order was sent (invalid tracking). You should better change carriers for large future deliveries (many negative reviews about this one). You will lose many customers because of this.

I am a small customer, for a few years, 15 days ago, by my fault, I made a mistake in the size of an air filter costing 9.90 euros. I had to return it, order a new one along with other parts. I would like that when I place an order, the items are well packaged.
