I ordered a SX 125 motorcycle on the minimx.fr site. At first delighted with the use but a part broke quickly (the gearbox) I asked for help in the chat ALL the team was unpleasant in the chat. I saw no help from them. After dismantling the engine (without a plan from them even though I had requested one) I called them to know which part to order on their site they gave me the wrong reference. So I received the wrong part. I contacted customer service again who asked me to send everything to their after-sales service who gave me no news. The screws of their engine are of very poor quality. I have never left a bad review on a company. I do not recommend the site at all. I am still waiting for a simple response from them.

I really don't like the fact that I can't prepare a cart in advance to order it later, as soon as I put items in my cart if I want to add one a week later before ordering I have to start over because the cart is not saved on my account big black mark for me which makes me take away 2 stars otherwise perfect for the rest fast delivery quality products lack a bit of availability on some products but satisfied overall if you can fix this cart problem I would recommend and change the rating given.
