I received my red 300cc dirt bike with scratches on the side and on the front fender, very disappointed... apart from that the motorcycle runs very well

Shipping postponed several times, until now customer service was responding, after receipt I have a motorcycle with a very poorly installed decoration kit, several bubble folds and other small defects, I left several messages but silence from them, I was until now 'satisfied' with the site but at the first difficulty no more response.

Very beautiful motorcycle but received with several parts damaged, the frame and the exhaust pipe are all damaged, very unfortunate

Product insufficiently protected for transport

I received my package in accordance with what was expected but received just the wheel in a cardboard box without any protection and the box was damaged and torn, so not great

Quad received with broken parts, I am offered to come pick it up while I just ask for replacement parts. I am told that it is assembled like that from the factory, while the broken plastic pieces are indeed present in the box.. strange, usually no issues with them. I am left speechless... anyway

Aaah it's sure it's not expensive and you can find quite a few parts but they often lack details on the sizes of certain parts or other necessary information for specific searches for our motorcycle

Supply delay not well announced as well as the delivery...

The order was extremely delayed. The motorcycle is good but the order took really too long and when we ask for a commercial gesture, we don't even get a response anymore. Really not professional at all

Order never received, no solution from the sales service, first disappointing experience with MiniMX. I do not recommend this site.

Very long delivery, almost 1 month to receive the package

More than a month delay on the delivery that I still have not received as of today! However, nothing to say about the person at customer service who is pleasant and available.

I ordered a motorcycle from MiniMX, but unfortunately the model received does not match the one I selected. I contacted customer service by phone, who directed me to an email address for my request to be handled. To date, more than 10 days after sending my message, I have not yet received a response. I hope to receive a reply soon to resolve this situation under good conditions.

Very disappointed, the front tire received is from 2016... I thought I was buying a new tire that is almost 10 years old. And one of the two inner tubes does not have a threaded valve, so I had to buy another tube. In short, I strongly advise against it.

I received a poorly packaged and damaged head gasket. They do not want to send me another one. Disgraceful customer service

Deplorable delivery but the fault lies with the carrier, package well packaged but there was a problem with a helmet sold for the bise pouch, it's actually a bicycle helmet! At 69€ the helmet it's annoying I have to return it and reorder another one...

Parts for sale on the site in a certain color (reinforced gold chain) arrived in another color (reinforced black chain) supposedly this type of part only exists in black, so why is it available in gold on the site

I haven't mounted the product yet but it seems compliant. However, the delivery with the company Schenker is completely deplorable, they have no respect for their customers, they are pathetic.

I ordered 3 motorcycles from this site and 2 motorcycles are fine, no issues, however I received the 125 with damaged parts, the engine guard completely bent because the motorcycle was poorly glued and all the weight rested on the drain plug. I am worried that this may have weakened the engine casing and that I will end up with a crack/leak later. All they respond is that they will send you the damaged parts which is good but for the casing they want to review the motorcycle, if there are anomalies they will repair it, however if there are no anomalies, you pay us the return shipping costs plus labor. Unacceptable, I requested a return of the motorcycle with a new summary afterwards especially since I called them 3 times before ordering and receiving the motorcycle to ask if later we could put larger wheels because I was not convinced at all. They said yes, no problem, even gave me references with prices for wheels and finally when I receive it and tell them that I do not see how I can put larger wheels, they respond that indeed we cannot. So I end up with a damaged motorcycle, with a possibly weakened casing and poorly advised that I will not be able to change the wheels for the young person who will ride it and who will grow. As long as it talks about 2 or 3 parts for nothing, indeed they send them to you but as soon as it is more serious, either they do not respond to the request or switch to another subject. With 3 motorcycles ordered and given the different problems, they make no effort and do not even take responsibility for their incompetence. I regret ordering 3 motorcycles from this type of people

I received the motorcycle well but at the time of assembly I noticed that at least 10 bolts were missing

Very late delivery. The product mentioned as in stock when ordered on 26/10 was not at all. Delivered only on 25/11.

Honestly very disappointed. I bought the motorcycle and from the start it wouldn't start, neither with the kick nor with the electric starter. We had to take it to the garage because even calling the seller and following all his instructions, it was impossible to get it started. Result: garage fees at my expense that are not even reimbursed. At the garage, it finally started, but the motorcycle still has a problem: it does not hold idle and stalls constantly. For a purchase that is supposed to be functional, this is just unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend.

I placed and paid for my order on 10/11 and it was shipped 15 days later!!! Supposedly they did not have the parts in stock while at the time of my order they were indeed listed as in stock on their site, plus once the order was received, there were missing gaskets. I will not order from this site again, this is definitely the first and last time.

Good but there are way too many things to do, for example valve adjustments, the carburetor that shuts off the motorcycle when you accelerate fully, my kick that went off by itself on the first ride, result, I can no longer start it with the kick and I have to reorder a new one.

Not satisfied. The description stated it was compatible with a bastos, but no and impossible to find information on the return.

Very poorly advised by the person in chat who made me order the wrong part and does not want to acknowledge their mistake nor even cover the return shipping costs. Avoid, I will never order from them again. Moreover, for a motorcycle bought new a year ago, there are still problems.

Received the package well but the stickers on it are peeling off and are poorly stuck and the motorcycle has not yet rolled

Good evening, very disappointed because the screw was too small for my bastos 140cc motorcycle according to the site it was supposed to fit.

- Missing charger and replaced by another with higher voltage than expected. - Package delayed by an additional week due to the charger. - Except for the last one, the rest (bike, condition, operation...) ok

perfect, except for the delivery, I paid for 24-48 hours but I received it in five days

For the delivery, a disaster

The motorcycle has a problem with acceleration, turning the handlebars to the left makes the motorcycle accelerate on its own even though the cable tension is good. By the way, just upon receipt I should have understood that it was going to be chaotic. The delivery person left the motorcycle on the road while my mother is oxygen-dependent and did not even want to bring it into the hall even for a tip. Unpleasant delivery service to avoid.

The delivery was fast and good product

I had a breakdown on a 300 s pro engine but unfortunately you hardly have any spare parts for this engine

The deadline announced on the day of the order was extended by a month and a half. I never received an email in the meantime to inform me that the deadline was increasing. Too bad
