Overall good just a few things to review

Big mistake on your part and no commercial gesture

Site depends on the brands they sell. It's not their fault if the quality of the motorcycles is poor but as they say responsible but not guilty....

DISAPPOINTED NOT TO HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE DELIVERY, I WAS TOLD THAT I JUST HAD TO WATCH!!!!! IN THE FIRST ORDER I PLACED, THERE WAS NO OPTION FOR THE PISTON SIZE, (WHICH THEY DID NOT WANT TO TAKE BACK DUE TO TOO LONG DELAYS)

The quality and finish of the cheaper parts sometimes leave something to be desired (first price throttle grip: I had to increase the diameter of my universal handlebar with tape to be able to tighten it. I am giving this rating because I can no longer connect to minimx from my laptop as it tells me that the certificate to access the site is not valid and I am also disappointed with the rear wheel with a rotten inner tube.

Order 92629 Dirt Bike 140 At delivery, fuel filter pierced, I didn't want to bother, I changed it MYSELF. First outing of my son, after 5 minutes he loses the air filter, the rubber completely torn. Second outing, it won't start.... spark plug dead which I changed MYSELF. Yesterday, it seems and comes back with the broken chain..... today I call customer service and they explain to me that it's normal and that I bought a dirt bike for less than 1000€ and that the manufacturer must save somewhere?!??? I am very, very disappointed and very angry as a customer. How can you have such a discourse with a customer who spent 1000€, VAT + delivery included, it's a shame and I'm told that they might send me a chain but that it won't help to put it back because it will break again. What should I think of your product?! I think especially that you must be making a very good turnover in spare parts...

The description specifies: delivered without pin attachment, so I order a lock in addition. The delivered pin is provided with its attachment (lock)! A lock ordered for nothing...

Sites with reasonable and attractive prices but should still improve their descriptions

For spare parts, fast shipping. However, for larger orders like pit bike gunshot. You really need to review your logistics (tracking of the package, delivery person's phone number, appointment for delivery).

Fast but small issue

the delivery is longer than indicated on the site, I went directly to pick up the package from the carrier

I needed a chain with 140 links. A search via Google brought me to minimx. Description of the chain: CHAINE VPARTS 420 - 140 LINKS. Upon receipt, it only has 120 links. After contacting customer service, I was told that it was a description error and that exceptionally I would be refunded but that the shipping costs are at my expense. So I have 6€ for shipping and 8€ for a chain that is worth 15... They write anything in the description and do not take responsibility for the full return.

Well, a lot of things available but: the descriptions are poorly copied and pasted, the dimensions given in the title do not match the specifications. I find that the after-sales service is light, there are no real solutions provided to the problem; otherwise, a team is available to answer questions! The discount point system works so-so.
