I ordered a product with a precise description and was sent a product that did not match, despite being in contact with your competent and friendly service, I was refunded for the product but not for the shipping costs!!!! This is unacceptable if you sell a product that you do not have, I am not responsible!!!! A shame.

Hello, the Green Chain Roller (8mm) cannot be installed because the axle of the motorcycle is not long enough, the VParts Red and Green Swingarm Protectors cannot be installed because they are too short and do not fit with the original screws, the 2 420 13d 20mm output sprockets cannot be installed because when we install the 20mm output sprocket lock, the chain gets stuck because the lock is too wide. It is mentioned on your site that all these parts are compatible with all dirt bikes, which is misleading. My children have a CRZ 125 and these parts are not compatible. Package received on time but the box was already open

I had ordered a complete front wheel first outing already punctured not great!

The site is simple and effective to use, however it is not the same regarding delivery, I did not receive the correct piston clips or the correct axle... I sent an email directly to which I received no response, and I reach your voicemail every time I call! Not professional at all!

Following a previous order, of a Vparts exhaust cartridge I never received the collar (cartridge fixing) so I had to manage with zip ties. Having placed an order of more than 150 euros I am therefore a loyal customer who only orders from your site I would have liked a bit more consideration following the messages already sent on this subject. I will order the complete wheel pack I hope to at least receive the spokes.

Very good contact! Good advice. Only downside! Motorcycle delivered in a crate. I know! It takes 1h30 to assemble. Those who don't know! No chance. Otherwise the crz 140 bw. Very nice motorcycle.

Honestly superbly fast, especially during the holiday season, but in the wheel kit that I ordered for my son, I just checked, and the rear wheel is without disc, nor crown, to be fair without crown ok, but the disc .........but, well, happy holidays to you anyway

I received different screws than I ordered

The engine arrived well packaged but the gasket for the ignition cover was missing = Call from customer service = very friendly they sent me an email with a form to fill out = never heard back which is why the review is bad. (maybe it takes time (17 days) but other than that the engine was very well packaged) Second thing, remember to adjust the valves because they are not adjusted at all!!! As a YouTuber, many of my subscribers pointed this out and some had a problem with the engine because of that the valve(s) touched the piston!!! A little lack of seriousness on that side which doesn't bother me because I checked before installation... it would be normal for a new engine to be ready for use but oh well.... Missing parts but quickly rectified on your part. Otherwise, several orders placed with minimx, very happy.

The product is well packaged and in very good condition, but in terms of delivery, it's really average because I received it at the parcel relay 11 days before they told me, and I received no receipt email. I had to check the tracking 3 days after it would have been returned, and also no phone number on the package.

Good but not at all within the time frame that the site says. I ordered my package on Saturday, and I received it on Thursday... Very long compared to what the site says.

Hello, the order has arrived, but the carburetors were not adjusted... the bikes were choking when accelerating... they were supposed to be adjusted at the factory... I had to adjust the carburetors, for the uninitiated it's a manipulation that is not obvious... I am therefore disappointed

I don't know the site very well as I have only ordered once. But the delivery went well and the parts were well packaged.

Good quality inner tubes, which is not the case for the tire levers that bend at the first use.

Good site in general, part received in 48 hours. We can have someone to ask our questions, but the answers are vague. They couldn't tell me the brand of my engine even with the reference, so it's not very professional. Therefore, I don't know which parts I need. Also, be careful with the descriptions and photos that are not always correct, e.g., oil drain plug received without the seals and other small things of the same kind that are important. In short, they are sellers and do everything to sell you their parts. Restocking of parts is not always on schedule, e.g., ASR red brake and clutch levers have been unavailable for a month, etc... and many people receive scratched parts or others... Lack of choice in CRF 70 deco kits. For my part, I don't want Monster or Rockstar or Red-Bull or Freegune or DC Shoes, and that's all there is, while there are many other kits existing like Honda Geico, etc... In short, the site is not bad but can do better; not everyone has YCFs. And when we order, there is no small commercial gesture to encourage us to reorder; they could slip in some stickers from their partners in the packages.

Good but be careful, ordered seals do not match; the hole is not in the right place even though I took the one recommended based on the engine reference. Really pay attention to the visuals; otherwise, very good, fast delivery.
