Very disappointing order. The shipping date does not match what was announced. It is never the same contact person who does not introduce themselves on the phone. After receipt, you are on your own. They send a PDF that does not explain how to assemble the bike. When you call, they hide behind the manufacturer. They ask for photos to verify the assembly but do not call back. Technical responses vary depending on the contact person (oil change, carburetor change, assembly...) Fortunately, they are courteous otherwise it would be a disaster!

This is not the first time I order from Mini MX but this time I am really very disappointed because the products are of very poor quality, the connectors do not match and the jets probably have a manufacturing defect because you really have to force to fit them. Moreover, when Mini MX tells you in the 'Questions/Answers' section of a product that it is delivered with such a part or tool, it does not engage them in any way. How can you trust a site that is not honest with its customers? I also find it dishonest to charge the customer return fees (+ possible shipping fees) when the delivered products are defective.
