Motorcycle arrived with stains on the seat, the plastic/deco kit protections removed as well as traces of assembly on the handlebars. No response from customer service since, it's a shame.

Your motorcycle has traces of assembly on the handlebars because your motorcycle is 100% assembled at the factory for all safety tests, tightening the clamp on a handlebar marks the aluminum from the assembly.
The minor stains on your seat are only related to dust from transport and the packaging of your Motocross.
We have submitted your request to CRZ but they can proceed with the changes of parts if it does not involve a major defect or breakage.
Concerned about your satisfaction, do not hesitate to contact us on a future order, we will offer you a commercial gesture/discount.

The quality is top-notch however several problems the stickers are poorly stuck in some places of the fairing and I also paid 50€ for delivery to receive it in 48 hours but in the end, I received it in 1 week so not great but otherwise the motorcycle itself is very good perfect

I let my son manage the orders he makes on your site for his motorcycle, keeping an eye on what he does so he can learn. He is 15 years old and this is his first experience with a motorcycle and the replacement of parts that goes with it. He is on his second order, the parts he receives do not match the necessary type. Hello, We are sincerely sorry to hear that your son has encountered difficulties with the compatibility of parts for his motorcycle, I observe however that the vehicle not coming from our range we can sometimes make mistakes as well. Your son ordered a fuse and a pair of levers (clutch and brake), regarding the levers I think the clutch must necessarily be compatible and possibly the brake which could be on a different master cylinder setup for that we would need you to send us a photo of the motorcycle to help him. As for the fuse what is your son's motorcycle model? because a fuse is quite basic so maybe you could check with the motorcycle dealer to obtain the detailed technical sheet? Best regards. I am disappointed to have received my package in duplicate as well as the invoice which has been paid twice and the difficulty in filling out a return merchandise slip on the site, moreover the shipping costs remain at my expense. Of course when I return to my profile in my orders, everything indicates that the product was ordered only once with only one invoice. The motorcycle works very well, easy to assemble, however, be careful with the accelerator cable that gets stuck when you turn the handlebars to the right... it becomes uncontrollable.. cut the zip tie holding the cable lower and put another one higher without tightening it. Otherwise, for now, it works and my 10-year-old son is delighted.. a bit too powerful for him though..

Very disappointed because the site indicates that this air filter sleeve is made for Apollo RXF 190 whereas this is not the case. No photo of the product on the site to confirm that it is the right part! So I do not recommend this site!!

Moreover, I remind you that it is a YCF part, the second reason is that we do not work with Apollo and we do not have specific parts for their machines, I understand that you are looking for parts for the RXF which are difficult or even impossible to find but you cannot hold it against us. Not recommending us because we do not have compatible parts with a motorcycle and brand that we do not sell is quite severe. Several times I had difficulty contacting customer service, they told me the motorcycle would arrive at their depot on that date and in the end it arrived two weeks later at their depot, and for the delivery of the motorcycle I did not have much follow-up and news after that and on the day of delivery at my place, the delivery person left because it was impossible to move the motorcycle which was all the way at the back of the truck with lots of pallets and other things in front, so because of that the delivery person left with it, I tried to contact him, no news, no rescheduled delivery, so I am still waiting, frankly disappointing.
