Top notch, unbeatable delivery time for me already. 250cc 4t pro is great, slight carburetor and valve adjustment to do after first start-up. Otherwise, nothing to report, really impressed by the quality-price ratio. Excellent after-sales service (spare parts, questions, maintenance video, etc.). I totally recommend you :)

Fast delivery but the bike certificate does not match the commercial name on the invoice, so no subsidy possible. The support responds at first but ends up with no solution, no certificate for the sold bike. €400 lost.

Almost 10 days of waiting without notifications and one of the two wheels has an aluminum hub, the spacers are different and the rear has a flower disc while the front is round like the original, I don't think I will buy from this store again.

I am happy with this CRZ urban 28" electric bike, received quickly, and easy to assemble. I had a small issue with the pedal assembly that I mounted backwards with reverse threading. I called the seller who was very responsive and found me a solution. I tried the bike and it's really great, it feels like someone is pushing us every time we pedal, very easy on the climbs, no effort needed, it's top and powerful. The only downside would be the screen, no explanatory manual, it's not complicated either but some functions deserve explanations. The total charging time is 6 hours. I highly recommend it as there is a very big discount on the price of this magnificent powerful bike.
