I ordered a SX 125 motorcycle on the minimx.fr site. At first delighted with the use but a part broke quickly (the gearbox) I asked for help in the chat ALL the team was unpleasant in the chat. I saw no help from them. After dismantling the engine (without a plan from them even though I had requested one) I called them to know which part to order on their site they gave me the wrong reference. So I received the wrong part. I contacted customer service again who asked me to send everything to their after-sales service who gave me no news. The screws of their engine are of very poor quality. I have never left a bad review on a company. I do not recommend the site at all. I am still waiting for a simple response from them.

Hello, You damaged your gearbox, you asked us to find parts, we asked you for precise measurements. You have all the measurements and compatibilities indicated on our site and on the various product sheets, you just need to look and compare. You are contacting us without even looking on your side, while our technical service is in confinement and our customer service is reduced by half due to Covid-19. Crz 140bw in break-in, for now no issues. In terms of responsiveness, it is felt in handling compared to the crz 125s, it's harder to grasp for an amateur like me but nice to have more power. Assembly a bit long when you are not an expert in the field.

Fast delivery, parts conform to the advertised product. The only small problem is with the racing sprocket, one of the screws doesn't fit because one of the threads on the sprocket is not good :( so I can't tighten it, I will have to re-thread it because I'm too lazy to return the part.
