On several products ordered in 2 orders, I notice that when it is not expensive, it is not great. For the seat and the fairings, I am a bit disappointed but it's okay, I managed to assemble everything and the decoration kit is very pretty. However, the chain kit roller I received is cracked, I am furious. Moreover, it is this part that really annoyed me for all the little defects of the others which are honestly not too bad for the price. And since I have to pay half the price of the part to return it, well I will just sit on it. The part is now a decoration on my workbench in the garage. Honestly, I will try another site because I am disgusted.

I received my order 2 days after the expected deadline (72h), my cylinder head has a dent as well as the piston, not great but when buying new products I don't find that normal. In short, I will not order from this site again.

Our transport partner Colissimo indeed encountered difficulties in delivering your package on time to your delivery point. They did not respect the 72h delivery deadlines. You can therefore contact our customer service at 09 72 39 05 37 to file a complaint about the delivery times, they can offer you a commercial gesture. Regarding the condition of your parts upon receipt, our transport partners do not always take care of our packages. Despite all the precautions we take (individual packaging of items, reinforced cardboard, bubble wrap in the box, etc.), it may happen that items arrive damaged.
