I should have received my order since last Saturday, today is Wednesday, the carrier reschedules my delivery every time....

And it's because I can't put 0. Customer service absent, the package was never delivered. No response from them despite reminders by email, a pity for an item over 200€. I hope to hear back before I have to share my misadventure on social media.. Too bad to have to get to that point

Great site, quick preparation, fast shipping, great online store for small machines I recommend to my acquaintances. Desperate delivery, worst company I prefer to pay for my delivery and be sure to be delivered.. here I pay and the delivery person can't even call the customer.. I received it because I was in my street.. thank you anyway

Wiring harness matching the criteria, but no installation diagram, anyone like me who does not have original wiring harnesses is stuck...

Very good motorcycle, really not disappointed with the product, however some bolts were missing, and one nut had poor quality threads, so had to change it.

Very good customer experience. Just the technical sheet of the motorcycle had a major error: engine indicated N1234 which is actually a 1N234 with the neutral point hard to find. Otherwise deadline met and fluid and intuitive site

The motorcycle is perfect, works very well, too powerful for a 10-year-old child, there is no restriction on the accelerator handle (too bad) great little motorcycle for a teenager.

I received a NIBBI 24 carburetor to replace the apparently defective PZ 22, originally mounted on a Probike 125 SE dirt bike. Unfortunately, the carburetor is too big to be installed because of the starter. So here it is! A half solution! Since I am a stubborn person, I made parts to modify the carburetor mounting so that it works. I spent the afternoon on it. And indeed, it works properly, even with a 24 carburetor mounted on the original 19 manifold.

Order of a motorcycle announced as “in stock” with delivery within 48 hours after receipt of payment. Result? More than three weeks of waiting, no information, and a delivery now announced in a month, because documents are missing… documents that I was never informed I had to provide. Non-existent customer service: no communication, no transparency. I had to call them myself from Switzerland (at my expense) to learn that the motorcycle was actually out of stock, despite the “available” indication on the site. The cherry on top: their site even displayed the order as “delivered” when it was stuck in customs. Result: spoiled birthday gift for my little brother. No solution proposed, no compensation, nothing. Avoid if you are looking for a serious site. This kind of practice borders on false advertising.

Order still not arrived

You sold me a motorcycle that was not in stock while it is still displayed as in stock on your website, I had to add 150€ to get another one that I didn't necessarily like. Your seller promised me an engine oil can that I never saw, not to mention the very disappointing delivery time from mini mx

I ordered a fork clamp, the clamp is perfect but the screws do not match, impossible to use it. And the engine oil did not match the bottle I ordered, but for that, nothing disturbing, it's the same thing I needed, just not the right brand received. And for the kill switch, the on and off are reversed, during the installation I tried the wiring in both directions but the result is that I turn off the bike with ON and I turn it on when the kill switch is on OFF and it's impossible to reverse anything, just the box or the ON/OFF designation are reversed. Apart from that, out of the four items ordered, only one is fine. A bit disappointed knowing that I have already ordered from you and that I reordered precisely because of the trust I have in you.

One star less for the delivery delay, the manual is hard to read and the rear mudguard does not match the model in the manual.

No problem everything is perfect user manual in French, the motorcycle is well protected in the box. The only complaint is that I waited 1 month to receive it since the date of my order.

I am still waiting for my order since 10/05/2025.

Customer service is very limited! Pre-order tracking information nonexistent. After buying 3 motorcycles, quite disappointed with the last order, it's a shame.
