To tighten the rim, you simply need to have good tire pressure and tighten the spokes. I ordered 4 items, one was not what I ordered, I received a chain guard instead of a mudguard, and returning costs almost as much as the item, so I urgently reordered my mudguard with express delivery at 11.90 euros,,,,,( supposedly 24h) ,,, order placed on Saturday at 2 PM received on Wednesday at noon, so not really satisfied with all this thank you

The product is compliant and functional, it's very good, but please try to respect the addresses or pickup points requested for delivery, as well as read the small comment indicated on the sheet you include in the package, a new order is in progress, if the same mistake happens again I will boycott MiniMX, with orders of 450 euros I believe you can take the time to contact the customer to remedy

The site is very well designed, you can easily find what you want and the choice aids are very relevant. To help with payment, the 4 times without fees is easy to implement. I received my order within the announced deadlines (3rd day after order). The only small downside is that the package contained 2 right footpegs... I sent an email to report it to Minimix through 'contact'. Without a response, I had to call to find out that my request was being processed and relayed to YCF. Even though Minimix is in no way responsible for YCF's shipping defect, I would have given 5 stars if a receipt email and acknowledgment of my request had come back to me... However, I still don't have my left footpeg... patience... Thank you

Cylinder head gasket received of the wrong diameter, moreover the photos do not correspond to the item (and yes they are non-contractual, strange for online sales). Customer service told us that the gaskets were adaptable, how to adapt a diameter of 54 on my head in 52 and they tell us to re-drill holes in the right place. However, we ended up being reimbursed but it is still not serious for 'pros'
