Loyal customer since always with numerous purchases such as dirt / fork etc. Last order was a new fork arrived damaged in all corners with a faulty thread, I ask for a commercial gesture and they offer me 20€ (I find that shameful) and they don't care that I have bought many items etc., even if it means losing me for the modest sum of 20€.
