Quad received on time, very nice and seems powerful enough and suitable for my children aged 3 and 5. However, a generic manual was provided that does not correspond to this model, so there are things to assemble in the manual already done on the quad, differences between the manual and the quad, and especially explanatory photos in black and white where nothing is distinguishable. Moreover, once assembled, the alignment of the front wheels leaves much to be desired, and since the manual is unreadable, it is difficult to know if it is a mounting problem or a product failure...

The package was supposed to arrive on the 24th/25th according to the minimx website, yet the package only arrived now (July 6th). Moreover, I ordered the minimx big R 300 in blue. The payment went through and I was only informed a week later that the blue motorcycle was not available. So I took the green one; for a first experience, I am not satisfied with the management of the shipments as well as the management of the stock. However, the motorcycle works perfectly!

I am leaving this review to express my deep dissatisfaction. I ordered a black YX 150 cm³ engine, and instead I received a gray CRF engine. To top it all off, the protection cover for the gearbox pinion is missing, as well as all the screws. I sent an email a week ago to report the problem: no response, but instead, I received an automatic message today asking if I am satisfied. This is unacceptable, customer service is absent.

The engines are ordered from the CRZ brand, distributor of the ZONGSHEN brand, as they assemble these engines on their motocross bikes, so we have no error regarding the engine; in the photo, the visible pinion cover is not present on the model, however, an order was sent back on 19/06/2026 and should be delivered to you in a few days.
In the photo, the engine is metallic gray and is compliant!
No mention of a pinion cover is indicated either on the sheet or in the photo, however, the sales service, concerned about customer satisfaction, has sent you the cover free of charge.
Perhaps you did not see that an order was placed; the date of 19/06 confirms our responsiveness.
Hoping this satisfies you nonetheless. (I am copying the response to the trustpilot, google interface)

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with my purchase. This is a complete dirt exhaust line. The cartridge does not fit into the line. It was indeed written on the item that it would surely need to be "sanded a bit" to fit. But here it is a matter of completely reshaping the part. This is not normal. The line is unusable, and since we have still tried to sand it, it cannot be returned. Disappointed.

I am delighted with the bike I received, the website is very well designed, the experience was almost perfect. But I have a slight reservation about the delivery conditions... the delivery person did not deliver the package claiming that "the customer was absent" whereas the package was to be delivered to a store that was open. I therefore had to go pick up the package from the carrier... given the price of delivery, I found that inappropriate.

Hello, unfortunately I still haven’t received my package (FRTLN504054434). After a couple of emails, no phone contact from the DSV company in Belgium, I finally received an email on 01 June that the package will be delivered. I live and work on a military base (SHAPE) and I was waiting for a call from their courier but nothing... I don’t even know if they tried to deliver it. Please help me because I exhausted all possibilities (another calls and emails since yesterday and no response). If not, please refund me and I will lose the cost of delivery, but I have no choice.
