You chose the Colissimo Home delivery method, which is a free 48/72h delivery. I ordered a 250 erz crz in November footpeg spring broken front brake lever screw stripped front wheel completely bent, the after-sales service leaves much to be desired at the time no footpeg spring so they let me fend for myself, I bought the bike for 2000€ plus the equipment 500€ it's still abusive. On the other hand, when people like fast55000... make crappy videos they are given gifts and parts to make your site work. Ensure your after-sales service that would already be not bad
