Simple site and well-detailed products, very fast delivery and very efficient customer service. I received a replacement reference for a product out of stock a few hours after my order. Only the brake kit arrived unpurged and seems out of service.

Hello, you placed an order on 29/04 and made a payment by bank transfer. Orders are processed upon receipt of your payment in our bank account. Your order therefore left our warehouse (in France) the day after its validation by the accounting department, that is to say on 11/05 and was delivered to you on 17/05 (in Belgium). Very disappointed, I made a mistake in the order so I then contacted customer service by phone to change the first name and last name of my order because there was a typo from my autocorrect, customer service guaranteed me that the name and first name had been changed, but when I picked up my package it turned out that it had not been changed. I was very lucky because I proved that it was indeed my order with the emails received, disappointed I will not order from you again
