The order is compliant with what I ordered the products are of very good quality, but the delivery was really long for I paid more to receive the package faster but it didn't change anything package received in 5 days.

Less good than other times, quite disappointed with the last orders, between a carburetor at 60€ that has a failure and therefore integrable, the deliveries that we pay to be delivered in 24 hours and that we receive 3 or 4 days later, and today a broken TTR tank received... Not to mention the renewal of the team which is not qualified enough to answer questions...

3 of my items need to be returned because the description of the items is not precise enough and these items do not correspond to my motorcycle, despite contrary indications in some descriptions. The site itself is well done and the delivery is perfect too. But the lack of precision in the descriptions means that I often have to return my items, which costs me money and greatly disappoints me. Moreover, I contacted you by phone for additional information on the correspondence of the items with my motorcycle, I was redirected to the online chat which told me to look directly on my motorcycle, in the end I have no additional information. Very disappointed with this order.

I ordered a performance ignition kit that arrived on time but the wires of the wiring harness were poorly crimped and came undone when I tried to connect them. The terminals of the coil also broke. I had to redo all the connections. In addition, the anti-parasite was damaged and broke when I put it on the spark plug. The chain roller does not fit on my CRZ, and the chain guide lost 3 screws on the first outing.. yet tightened upon receipt of the product.. and the gear selector was also lost on the first outing, yet tightened carefully as well

In a word CATASTROPHIC 3 orders placed and 3 problems First order Ref 0001196426, the tapered bearings were not the right ones, I returned them and I never received a refund... order N 2 ref 0001200251 never arrived and was returned to the sender for no reason... order n3 ref 0001199329 same as order number 2 I called to have my parts resent and apparently that is not possible. To date I have received no refunds. If by the end of the week I do not have a refund, I will block transactions via Mastercard. We can conclude that the service is deplorable, I strongly advise against this site

Hello, Your first order concerns a YCF tapered bearing KRDIRECTION41 TAPERED STEERING BEARING YCF 41-23.5MM / 41-22MM We are sorry that this is not compatible with your motorcycle. The return was registered on 25/02 and accounting refunded on 26/02, you should have received the refund on your original payment method. The second order left our premises but for reasons unknown to us it was not delivered in Belgium and was returned to the sender, according to the tracking it is still in transit, the same for the third order, there must really be an address problem or a problem with the Colissimo service in Belgium because two orders were returned to the sender with the indication:
